Senior Healthcare Associate
Excelcare Holdings seeks a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Associate to join our team in Colchester, Essex. As a Senior Healthcare Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our residents.

The salary for this position is up to £59,155 per annum, and flexible working hours are available. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional care to older individuals and have the necessary skills and qualifications to excel in this role.

The key responsibilities of this position include administering medication, monitoring care teams, and creating person-centered care plans. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals and report to the Deputy Manager. To succeed in this role, you must have a valid UK NMC Pin number, understanding of regulatory frameworks, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
