HR Advisor Opportunity at Reality HR

Reality HR, a leading HR Consultancy, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert tailored advice and support on all things HR related to our clients, working collaboratively with our consultants and clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to clients, offering expert advice and guidance on employee relations, organisational change, policies, and restructuring.
  • Draft and update HR documents, including contracts, handbooks, letters, and policy documents.
  • Develop and maintain HR Toolkits.
  • Project work across all areas of HR, including discipline and grievance, performance management, appraisals, training, restructuring, and organisational change.
  • Support the internal HR Advisor team with workload management, capacity planning, and ways of working.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor.
  • Commercially focused, with the ability to balance employment and commercial needs.
  • Strong Employee Relations experience, including managing complex disciplinary and grievance cases.
  • Good experience of policy writing and implementation.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the challenges of the business.
  • Effective organisational and project management skills.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
