  • Advise, guide, support, and coach managers with all matters relating to employee relations.
  • Regularly review individual and team performance to identify and resolve issues and drive improvements in line with expectations.

  • Provide expert support to the Heads of HR and HR Operations Team.
  • Anticipate legal updates, ensure they are interpreted for our business, and take action to maintain the service.
  • Support and train colleagues to manage and maintain HR policy in the specialist area.
  • Support business and HR projects as the dedicated lead for HR policy, ensuring provision of creative and specialist advice and guidance.
  • Ensure HR-related documentation (hard copy and electronic) is appropriately handled, managed, and retained in compliance with data privacy regulations, including the archiving process.

  • 9-day working fortnight – meaning you get every other Friday off work, in addition to 270 hours of annual leave.
  • Market leading contributory pension scheme (we will pay between 9% and 13% of your pensionable pay depending on your contributions).
  • Family friendly policies: Maternity Leave - 39 Weeks Full Pay and Paternity Leave - 4 Weeks Full Pay.
