Early Years Learning Facilitator

We are seeking an Early Years Learning Facilitator to join our dedicated team at Cumberland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational support to young children in our Foundation Stage.

Responsibilities:- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Assist the class teacher in designing and delivering creative, hands-on lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Provide Individual Support: Work with individual children and small groups to provide tailored support, ensuring all learners are engaged and achieving their potential.
- Contribute to Assessments: Observe children's progress, record key achievements, and contribute to assessments in line with the EYFS framework.
