We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as an Early Years Educator at a well-regarded primary school in Kendal. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with young children aged 3-5 years, supporting their early learning and development.

About the Role
  1. Assist children's play and learning activities, both indoors and outdoors, promoting a stimulating and inclusive environment.
  2. Support personal care routines such as toileting, dressing, and meal times, ensuring the physical and emotional needs of the children are met.
  3. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, creating a supportive team environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (desirable but not essential).

  • A warm, caring, and patient personality with a genuine passion for working with children.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding policies and practices.
Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
