About This Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Breakfast Club team. As a Breakfast Club Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the club, including planning and preparing breakfasts, supervising children, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan and prepare healthy breakfasts for approximately 5-15 children aged 3-11 years
  • To supervise children during breakfast and engage them in educational activities
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • To work closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Required Qualifications and Experience: We are looking for someone who is qualified to NVQ level 3 and has experience working with children aged 3-11 years. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Working Conditions: The post is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure along with other relevant employment checks. You will be expected to work term-time only, approximately 4 hours per week.

Salary Information: The salary for this position is £29,777 (pro rata) per annum, which reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining talented individuals to our team.
