As a Strategic Account Manager at Clarins Group, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and development across the globe.

You will be responsible for supporting the Business Manager in growing and developing the Clarins account, ensuring ultimate levels of customer service and maximizing opportunities through brand events, new launches, and promotions.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Assisting in planning team resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences;
  • Focusing on optimizing sales performance and stock levels to meet business needs;
  • Ensuring awareness of competitive and departmental store performance to drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management position, preferably within the beauty or retail industry;
  2. A proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.

In return, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience);
  • 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays);
