Personal Assistant/Administrator

Webber Hughes Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant/Administrator to support our growing team with general administrative and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Management, including managing schedules, emails, and handling confidential information.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as managing systems, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Assist with sales support tasks, including raising purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for trade exhibitions across the UK, Europe, America, and Turkey.
  • Attend ad-hoc meetings with suppliers and existing clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a PA or administrative role, preferably within the food industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work from home and visit the office on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Willingness to travel for exhibitions and business trips.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to working hours.
Location:

This is a home-based role, but occasional visits to the office are required. Candidates based in Harrogate, York, Ripon, or surrounding areas are ideal.
