About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a B2B Telesales Executive / Internal Sales Consultant to join our client in Motherwell. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of new leads and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in B2B / SME sales areas
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including on-target earnings of around £30,000 - £40,000, plus genuine earning potential depending on individual performance.
