Key Responsibilities- Business Development Support
- Assist in producing credentials documents, proposals, and pitch presentations to secure new business.
- Support the onboarding process for new senior hires.
- Maintain a library of precedent text for bids and assist in creating bid template structures.
- Track and report bid activity across sectors and service lines.
- Collect and collate bid feedback to identify themes.
- Manage referees and annual submissions to legal directories.
- Communications and Events
- Assist in running virtual, in-person, and hybrid events, corporate hospitality, and internal events.
- Support marketing campaigns and communications, including website content, email marketing updates, and video/podcast recording.
- SOURCE and manage BD collateral (e.g., event stands and physical assets).
- Support awards submissions and attendance.
- Client Development
- Organise and follow up on internal client meetings.
- Ensure the CRM system is up to date and run regular reports.
- Support external client meetings and training sessions.
- Support internal and external communications to promote client work.
- Team Support
- Onboard and arrange induction programs for new team members.
- Assist with reporting on team and firmwide expenditure.
- Organise team meetings.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to work under pressure and drive projects to completion.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, credible, enthusiastic, confident, proactive, and robust.
- Experience working in a professional services environment.
- Business development/marketing experience advantageous, but also suitable for entry-level candidates.
- Experience using BD/marketing technologies (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, webinar services, and website/intranet content management systems) beneficial.
- Ability to assimilate information quickly and a keen interest in developing knowledge of TLT, the legal sector, and clients supported.
