Behavioural Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at Prospero Teaching. In this role, you will provide high-quality support services to individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people who display challenging behaviour, possess de-escalation training, and demonstrate empathy and understanding towards students' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred support to individuals with complex needs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Collaborate with the team to enhance skills and knowledge through professional training and development
Requirements:
- Some experience working with children and young people who display challenging behaviour
- De-escalation training would be advantageous
- Confidence to make decisions and effective communication skills
- Empathy and understanding towards students' needs

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience and location).
