About the Role

As a Trainer and Assessor in Health and Social Care, you will play a vital role in developing the skills of learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5.

You will be responsible for delivering training and assessment to learners, as well as supporting them with Functional Skills Maths and English.

With a focus on providing high-quality education and training, you will work closely with learners to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop individualized learning plans to meet their needs.

You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation on learners' progress, and reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and assessment to learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5.
  • Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
  • Maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Report to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • Have experience of assessing Apprenticeships at Level 5.
  • Be able to deliver training and assessment to learners.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
