The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive training program covering essential safety aspects such as Life Saving Rules, Confined Spaces Entry, Working at Heights, Control of Work, Isolation Procedures, and more.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the highest standards of quality and relevance. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our clients' personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements
  • Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental training and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
