We are currently seeking a highly skilled Care Assistant to join our team, supporting a female client in Middlesbrough who requires comprehensive care and support due to a range of complex health conditions.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to provide personalized care and support, while developing valuable skills in managing multiple, complex conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical care tailored to the client's unique needs, including personal care and support.
  • Assist with outdoor activities, promoting the client's independence and well-being.
  • Maintain and monitor the client's health, particularly around their complex conditions.
  • Ensure the highest possible quality of life for the client through compassionate, person-centered care.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.59-£13.50.
  • A full-time contract, focusing on supporting complex care needs.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities, including access to NVQ courses.
  • A supportive team environment, with guidance from experienced Nurse Care Managers and Registered Managers.

Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license, as the role involves driving a mobility car.
  • Experience in providing care and support to individuals with complex needs.
