About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Level 5 Healthcare Professional to join our team.

As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering training and supporting learners with Functional Skills Maths and English, as well as managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.

You will also be expected to maintain documentation on learners' progress, support and advise them, and overcome barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and assessment to learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5.
  • Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
  • Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support and advise learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • Have experience of assessing Apprenticeships at Level 5.
  • Be able to deliver training and assessment to learners.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
