At Wiser Elite, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Development Representative to lead our SDR team and drive business growth. As a Senior SDR Team Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound enterprise leads, creating processes from scratch, and building a playbook to drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound enterprise leads
  • Create processes and build a playbook from scratch
  • Sell to senior tech leaders and educate them on AI computer vision
  • Hire and manage a team of SDRs once the business is established

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR
  • STEM degree 2:1 or above
  • Appetite to work in a start-up environment
