Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Respiratory Physiology team at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to our clinical staff and patients, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date hospital systems and records
- Ensure all patient records are complete and compliant with local and national standards
- Coordinate and book appointments, clinics, and outcomes
- Liaise with peripheral hospitals and external organizations
- Process and manage medical records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and targets
- Support reception duties and provide cover for colleagues

Person Specification- GCSE level or equivalent, including English Grade C or above
- Computer skills and experience in using Microsoft Office
