About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Partner Success Manager to lead our partner success and academy initiatives. As a key member of our Global Client Solutions team, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute successful partner engagement strategies.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute partner success and academy initiatives that drive adoption and maximize the value of Reddit Ads.
- Work with Business Marketing to develop best-in-class communication strategies that inspire partners and keep Reddit top of mind.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure seamless go-to-market execution for new product launches, scaling education efforts.
- Identify innovative ways to help advertising partners integrate Reddit Ads into their media strategies effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital/social media advertising and product education.
- Familiarity with partner academy technologies and tools, including learning management systems.
- Strong background in building partner training content and programs.
- Familiarity with working in agile environments.
- Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and act on data insights.
What You'll Get
