We are seeking a seasoned Data Protection and Compliance Specialist to oversee our data protection and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and other business units to implement risk management strategies and controls.
  • Design and deliver risk awareness training programs for relevant employees to promote a culture of security awareness.
  • Provide regular reporting on data protection and compliance status to senior management professionals.
  • Ensure strategic alignment between data protection policies and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data protection and compliance.
  • A degree in computer science, risk management, or information security, or a related field.
