  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client-facing activities.
  • Manage and analyze key account metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

What We Offer

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide flexible time off, excellent health insurance, and learning & development initiatives to support your growth and well-being.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An advanced level of English (C1 or above).
  • At least 5+ years of prior account management experience.
  • Previous crypto/blockchain experience is a significant plus but not necessary.
  • Exceptionally strong relationship and people management capabilities.
  • A creative problem solver, results-driven, and self-motivated individual.
