The ideal candidate will have e-commerce customer service leadership experience, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Lead a team of 6 customer service professionals to deliver world-class service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
- Analyse customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
