Mechatronics and Robotics Technician

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to join our Reliability and Maintenance Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment, as well as troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems related to material handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to material handling equipment.
- Conduct quality predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance issues.
- 2+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment or related mechanical/controls equipment.
- 2+ years of experience conducting quality predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
- Experience with robotic operation and maintenance.
- Associates or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
