Job Description

This role offers a great opportunity for a graduate with a mechatronics, robotics, or automotive degree OR someone with technical product experience looking to progress into a more robust role, working with simulation software and automotive hardware.




  • Provide technical support to customers via various channels regarding advanced systems, including installation, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Help to diagnose and solve technical problems reported by customers.
  • Support customers remotely by guiding them through troubleshooting procedures and providing step-by-step instructions.
  • Provide training sessions to customers on updates and new features as well as issues they may be having.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • An automotive, mechatronics, robotics, or any computer science, electronics, or engineering-related degree.
  • Appreciation of automotive systems or technology, control systems, or sensors.
