Mechatronics Engineering Apprenticeship

Discover a career in advanced manufacturing and engineering with our Mechatronics Apprenticeship program. As a Mechatronics Engineering Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians to develop expertise in electrical, electronic, and control systems, mechanical engineering principles, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and safe working practices. You will contribute to the installation, testing, and commissioning of new automated equipment, as well as fault finding, troubleshooting, and rectification of issues.

This is a hands-on role that requires you to apply your knowledge and skills across multiple engineering disciplines. Throughout the apprenticeship program, you will work towards an Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering (Mechatronics Maintenance), gaining both practical, on-the-job experience and earning industry-recognized qualifications.

Requirements
  • UK national or non-UK national with the right to work in the UK
  • Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent): Maths, English, and a science/technology subject

If you have received educational qualifications outside of the UK, you will need to obtain a Statement of Comparability to confirm your eligibility for the scheme.

This role is ideal for individuals with a genuine passion for engineering and technology, good problem-solving abilities, and the motivation to work both independently and as part of a team.
