Damp Proofing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Damp Proofing Technician to join our team at Lotus Recruitment. The successful candidate will have experience in damp proofing, building preservation, plastering, and joinery.
Key Responsibilities:- Stripping plaster and installing various damp and waterproofing systems.
- Implementing waterproofing systems.
- Removing and installing timber, solid floors, and skirting boards.
- Conducting dry lining and wet plastering works.
- Installing ventilation and structural stabilisation systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong customer service and communication skills. They will also be willing to work in a practical, hands-on role and have good physical fitness and manual dexterity.
