**The Role**

We are seeking a motivated Community Liaison Officer to be the first point of contact for residents in our new build areas. Your primary responsibility will be to inform them about upcoming building work and provide information about our ultrafast fibre network.

To achieve this, you will collect their basic contact details to keep them informed about progress and eligibility for our service.

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys engaging with people, has good communication skills, and is confident in their ability to hold conversations at doorsteps or local events.

You will also be responsible for capturing resident contact details to help us understand broadband products used by local communities when we go live in an area.

This role requires strong time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to drive and have good knowledge of the local area.

We are offering a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission and a car allowance of £250 per month.
