Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and implements individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Provides personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Offers support and guidance to clients in managing daily tasks and navigating community resources.
- Participates in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
- Engages in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Fosters open communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Reports incidents and maintains accurate records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-1 year of direct care experience working with individuals with mental health, substance abuse, intellectual disability, or physical health conditions.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance required.
About Salary:
The salary range for this position is $25-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additional compensation may be provided based on individual circumstances and negotiations during the hiring process.
