We are looking for a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our experienced team at Birchwood, Oldham. As a 16-bed rehabilitation service, we provide support to both men and women from the region, specializing in helping individuals transition to independent community living after lengthy hospital stays.

Our multidisciplinary team consists of Registered Mental Health Nurses, Support Workers, and Activity Providers, working collaboratively with community Mental and Physical Health Services to ensure the best possible outcomes. In return for your hard work and dedication, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop as a Mental Health Nurse in an environment focused on recovery.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse who understands the importance of recovery and is passionate about seeing individuals achieve their full potential. If you share this vision, we encourage you to apply.

In recognition of your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus 33 days' paid holiday, increasing with each year of service up to 37 days. We also provide opportunities for training and professional development, including a Preceptor Programme for newly qualified nurses.
