About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of a high-quality clinical service to young people before, during, and after admission to a specialist inpatient setting.

The successful candidate will have a relevant core professional qualification in mental health or social care and substantial experience of risk assessment and risk management. You will also have an extensive range of clinical experience within the specialty or within a care pathway.

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and treatment to patients, with a genuine belief in the child-centred, needs-led, recovery-focused values base of our service. You will also need to be flexible and available to work weekends, unsocial hours, and have use of a car or suitable means of transport to enable support of young people across GM.
