Position: Remediation Technician

Location: Oldham, Manchester

Salary: £32,240 per annum

We are a highly respected Property Care renovation company, based in Oldham, Manchester, known for our work on both modern and historical properties. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Damp Proofing Technician with experience in damp proofing, building preservation, plastering, and joinery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Stripping plaster and installing various damp and waterproofing systems.

* Implementing waterproofing systems.

* Removing and installing timber, solid floors, and skirting boards.

* Conducting dry lining and wet plastering works.

* Installing ventilation and structural stabilisation systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Experience in plastering.

* Full UK Driving License.

* Excellent attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.

* Strong customer service and communication skills.

* Willingness to work in a practical, hands-on role.

* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.

* Good physical fitness and manual dexterity.

* Punctuality, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
