Foster Care Placement Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Foster Care Placement Specialist to join our central fostering placements team at Swiis International, Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a small team in helping to place children and young people into excellent foster homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Placements Team Leader to identify and match foster carers with children and young people in need of care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with foster carers, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
- Conduct thorough assessments and matching processes to ensure the most suitable foster placements for children and young people.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to foster carers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
- Collaborate with other teams within Swiis International, Ltd. to ensure a seamless service for children and young people.
Requirements:
- Excellent IT and organisational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young people.
