About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Foster Care Placement Specialist to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our central fostering placements team, you will play a pivotal role in helping to place children and young people into excellent foster homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Placements Team Leader to achieve placement targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with foster carers and other stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough assessments and matching of children with suitable foster families
  • Provide excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure smooth placement processes
