The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11.70 per hour for weekdays and £12.45 per hour for weekends, plus enhanced bank holiday rates and a range of benefits including guaranteed hours, paid mileage, and access to our wellbeing support programme.

Job Description

As a Home Care Specialist with Cera Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, cooking meals, and providing companionship and reassurance.

You will work as part of a close-knit team, supporting our clients to live independently and maintain their dignity. Our cutting-edge technology, Cera Tech, will empower you to focus on what matters most - providing exceptional care and making a real difference in people's lives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be kind, patient, and understanding, with a genuine passion for caring for others. No experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have all the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.
