Job Description:

Swiis Foster Care is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Foster Care Recruitment Administrator to join our national Foster Care Recruitment Team based in central Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking administrative tasks, including enquiry logging and coordinating statutory checks on prospective foster carers joining Swiis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Swiis Foster Care as a Foster Care Recruitment Administrator within our Head Office Commercial Team. We operate a hybrid working model, allowing our staff to work from home following a successful office-based induction and training programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake administrative tasks, including enquiry logging and coordination of statutory checks
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Foster Care Recruitment Team
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and initiatives pertaining to foster care
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of undertaking general administrative tasks
  • Prior experience of undertaking compliance-related tasks
  • Knowledge of legislation and other relevant legislation/initiatives pertaining to foster care
  • Ability to produce high-quality work
  • Ability to work in the UK without visa restrictions
  • Experience in family placement/fostering/children's services administration
