HR Systems Implementation Specialist

We are delighted to be working with a successful organisation in the education sector, seeking an HR Systems & Data Officer for a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient implementation of a new HR Information System, establishing efficient workflows, and improving data management.
">Key Responsibilities- Implementing a new HR Information System to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Establishing effective workflows to streamline HR processes.
- Ensuring data migration accuracy to prevent errors and inconsistencies.
- Developing valuable HR metrics to inform business decisions.
- Creating user guides and training our team on the new system.
A strong understanding of HR systems, metrics, and insights is essential for this role. Ideally, you have experience working in a team that has successfully delivered a HRIS. You should also possess excellent relationship building skills, an analytics-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently to prioritise workloads effectively.
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
