Human Resources Information Systems Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Information Systems Specialist to join our team at HRGO Recruitment. As an HRIS Specialist, you will play a critical role in the implementation of new HR software and become the champion for this project.

About the Role:

  • Manage and maintain the HR information system (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Develop and implement HR data management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Analyse HR data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to optimise HR processes and work flows.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on HR systems and data-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the HR information system (HRIS).

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
