Job Title: HR Systems Specialist

We are delighted to be supporting our client in Folkestone with the implementation of a new HR software, and we are looking for a skilled HRIS champion to lead this project. This is a vital role as you will be playing a huge part in the successful rollout of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the HR information system (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Develop and implement HR data management processes and procedures.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Analyse HR data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to optimise HR processes and work flows.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on HR systems and data-related tasks.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR systems management
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum
