We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to cover a period of maternity leave at Folkestone Girls School.

This role requires an individual with professional credibility, in-depth knowledge of HR policies and practices, and excellent relationship-building skills.

As an HR Team member, you will provide day-to-day generalist advice and guidance to employees and leaders on all aspects of HR and employee relations. You will work closely with the rest of the team to deliver a high-quality service to our schools within the Trust.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification and ideally possess an understanding of the education industry. They will be self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently to prioritize workloads effectively.
