Environmental Sustainability Specialist

As an Environmental Sustainability Specialist at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., you will play a key role in ensuring the company's facilities, operations, and products align with its sustainability goals. This dynamic role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
About the Role:- Risk Assessment Development: Design and implement comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular EHS audits, maintain records, and support third-party audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Digital Systems Management: Manage digital EHS systems, compile monthly reports, and track performance metrics.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver EHS training programs to promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.
In this role, you will work closely with the management team to develop and communicate EHS policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing environmental aspects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in an EHS role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG.
