About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Museum Support Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in providing excellent customer service to our visitors, assisting with exhibitions, events, and workshops.

As a Museum Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with weekend and holiday STEM workshops and events
  • Coordinating schedules and guiding roles to support our Learning Guides
  • Helping with the museum shop and/or ticket office, providing customer service to our visitors
  • Dealing with visitor queries and assisting around the museum
  • Supporting events held at the museum and externally, including corporate events and exhibitions

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
