Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in zoning administration, preferably 2-5 years, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills are essential, as the position requires effective communication of technical information to contractors, developers, property owners, employees, consultants, other governmental agency representatives, municipal officials, and the public.

The position offers a desirable mix of office and fieldwork opportunities, allowing you to work in a professional office setting while also engaging with the community.
