We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Municipal Zoning Administrator to join our team at LTL Consultants, Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing zoning permit applications, conducting inspections to ensure compliance with regulations, and preparing reports and maintaining records of inspections.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform reviews of zoning permit applications
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Prepare reports and maintain records of inspections
  • Issue non-compliance notices and perform follow-up code enforcement inspections

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in zoning administration, preferably 2-5 years, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills are essential, as the position requires effective communication of technical information to contractors, developers, property owners, employees, consultants, other governmental agency representatives, municipal officials, and the public.
