AWS Enterprise Sales Manager

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding Internet Provider in the South West, revolutionising full fibre broadband deployment in rural areas. Our mission is to deliver lightning-fast broadband to thousands in the countryside, designing, building, and managing our own cutting-edge FTTP network. We are expanding our Network to the New Forest, Wiltshire, and South & West Dorset.
The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to define and capitalise on the enterprise opportunities that exist within our network footprint. This role will be pivotal in driving business growth in the enterprise sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of bespoke fibre connectivity solutions, including dark fibre, tailored to the needs of high-value enterprise clients.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle for enterprise clients, from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and in-life service.
- Drive the growth of the B2B customer base by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, focusing on enterprises that require complex and high-capacity networking solutions.
- Work closely with our Network Planners and Regional Engagement and Delivery Teams to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Manage a small team of business development professionals, setting clear objectives and KPIs to guide a program of ambitious growth.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to the team, fostering a high-performance culture that prioritises technical expertise and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth in the enterprise sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of networking technologies and fibre infrastructure is essential, with specific experience in dark fibre being highly advantageous.
