  • Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve branch performance.
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching and training to ensure they meet their targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality experience.
  • Actively involved in listing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional customer care/service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hold a Full UK driving license.
