Smyth & Co NFP is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading international development charity in a transformative phase of growth.

As a Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships. You will have the chance to travel to global events, lead on high-profile partnerships, and collaborate with fundraising colleagues across the UK and beyond.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in business development, a hardworking and flexible approach, and the ability to think strategically. You will be working in a dynamic environment with a well-known brand, offering a range of opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners and fundraising colleagues
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Work closely with the fundraising team to develop and implement fundraising strategies

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development, preferably in the charity or commercial sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and work independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
