Job Summary

The Corporate Partnerships Lead will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and enhancing the profile of Church Army by partnering with organizations seeking to amplify their corporate social responsibility initiatives.

This role will collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead at Church Army and our national Fundraising and Communications Team to achieve fundraising targets aligned with Church Army's objectives and values.

We are seeking an individual with a passion for people, extensive fundraising experience, and a strong ability to engage businesses and corporates in the life-changing work of Church Army.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate partnerships strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance the organization's profile.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and corporate social responsibility teams.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Church Army's corporate partnerships initiatives.
  • Work closely with the national Fundraising and Communications Team to achieve fundraising targets and align with Church Army's objectives and values.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to engage businesses and corporates in the life-changing work of Church Army.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
