Job Title: Corporate Account Director

McBride Sport is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic partnerships with governmental organizations and national tourist bodies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for policies that support the growth and protection of sports rights, including intellectual property, broadcasting regulations, and international sports diplomacy.
  • Ensure all activities are in full compliance with relevant contractual agreements, regulations, and governmental target outcomes, particularly in areas related to economic impact, tourism, sports broadcasting, and rights management.
  • Represent the organization at governmental meetings, conferences, and events, both in the UK and internationally.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including legal, commercial, and marketing to ensure alignment on governmental initiatives and partnerships.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years' experience in partnerships, preferably in sports partnerships, including managing governmental relations, public affairs, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. This role requires frequent international travel to meet with governmental partners and attend international sporting events.
