Corporate Partnerships Manager

Smart Works is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover role, starting in November/December 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile and varied portfolio of partners, supporting our vision of empowering unemployed women through employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver high-visibility partnerships that drive our mission forward.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team and local Smart Works centres to secure and develop partnerships, maximizing opportunities across our 11 UK centres.
  • Cultivate and steward relationships to raise over £5m per annum, thinking creatively and strategically to grow and retain partnerships.
