Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our accountancy services team, you will be responsible for supporting a varied portfolio of SME clients, maintaining excellent rapport as their go-to advisor.

You will work closely with our Senior Managers to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met. Your responsibilities will include reviewing accounts files, supporting the tax planning process, mentoring junior staff through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing, and reviewing processes to implement more efficient ways of service delivery.

In addition, you will support the firm to continue on its trajectory of growth with regular networking and contributing innovative ideas for expansion. You will set an example as a hands-on and trusted Manager.

  • ACCA or ACA qualified or QBE
  • UK practice experience
  • Previous experience nurturing client relationships within practice
  • Supervisory level experience
