About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including web chat, social media, email, and telephony.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to Frasers Group customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including stores, couriers, and the distribution warehouse, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Log, record, and resolve customer contacts and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take ownership of customer contacts and complaints, working closely with other departments to resolve issues and implement best practices.
  • Act on customer feedback to recover potentially lost customers and resolve concerns.
Requirements
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for customers.
  • Strong PC literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and think outside the box.
  • Natural ability to work independently within a team.
  • Strong team player and role model, capable of building trust with colleagues and peers.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, resourceful, and resilient.
